If an event isn't named, I'm making the trip for personal reasons. But if you are in that area it's usually possible for me to pack some toys with a little notice.

If I list a date as tentative, I am negotiating on a "vanilla" job that would take me there or I am thinking about making a trip for personal reasons. If you want to see me for a session in those cities, let me know and that could help change "tentative" to "definite."
